I am a beautiful female "independent" relaxation expert/companion, and have studied yoga, meditation and alternative healing for years. My goal is to train you to relax and reduce stress using a variety of natural techniques that heal and help mode a positive lifestyle. In addition, as an attractive companion I can accompany you on an evening out on the town or a brisk walk in the park or someone you'd like to hang out and converse with.
My technique may include soft words, herbal teas, yoga, meditation, breathing, music therapy, tantra, touch therapy or calm lighting. Your life span can increase if you lead a healthier lifestyle aimed at combating stress and anxiety. Yoga is an alternative to modern medicine and can defeat many health issues; diabetes, arthriitis, obesity, poor circulation, and weak limbs. A 45 minute program is sure to keep your mind in tune with your body.
